Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Uttar Dinajpur is recruiting eligible candidates for 14 posts of ICTC Supervisor, Assistant Accounts, Assistant (M & E), ICTC Counselor, ICTC M.T Lab and Data Processing Assistant on a contractual basis for duration of one year for Health Institution. OFFICE OF THE CMO, UTTAR DINAJPUR INVITES APPLICATION FOR 14 POSTS OF ICTC SUPERVISOR, ACCOUNTS, ASSISTANT, DATA PROCESSING ASST., ETC. LAST DATE — 24/03/2015

1. ICTC Supervisor: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development.
Experience: Minimum 3 years as Counsellor in PPTCT/ ICTC/ STI/ ART.
Other Requirement: Working knowledge of Computers, Willingness to travels in a District and Valid Driving License.
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on 09.03.2015.
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.16200/- per month.

2. Assistant Accounts: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in Commerce with Accounting Knowledge in computer.
Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Preferred: Working knowledge of Tally and should have knowledge in local language.
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on 09.03.2015.
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.12700/- per month.

3. Assistant (M & E): 1 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with computer knowledge.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in handling DATA.
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on 09.03.2015.
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.12700/- per month.

4. ICTC Counselor: 6 Nos. (ST—1; OBC—3 & Gen—2)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Psychology/Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing AND minimum 1 year in field counseling in Health Sector, Preferably in HIV/AIDS.
OR
Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development/Nursing with 3 years experience.
Other Requirement: Working knowledge of Computers.
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on 09.03.2015.
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.13000/- per month.

5. ICTC M.T Lab: 4 Nos. (SC—1; ST—1 & Gen—2)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc) with 1 year experience.
OR
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with 2 years experience.
Other Requirement: Working Knowledge of Computers
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on 09.03.2015.
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.13000/- per month.

6. Data Processing Assistant, for Civil Registration System (Death & Birth Section): 1 Nos. (Gen—1)
Educational Qualification: Graduate and for non computer degree candidates must have Diploma/Certificate in computer.
Experience: 1 year in data collection, compilation and data entry.
Other Required: Good typing speed on computer.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01.07.2014.
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.13560/- per month.

Note: Candidates have obtained 51% marks (5% marks relaxation for SC/ST and 3% marks for OBC candidates) in all examination may apply for any post.
