UPSC CMS EXAM 2012
Combined Medical Services Examination to be held by the UPSC in 2012 for the following posts :
- Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways
Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400
- Assistant Medical Officer in Indian Ordinance Factories Health Services
Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400
- Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Service
Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400
- Medical Officers in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi
Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400
- General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Medical Council
Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400
Age Limit : A candidate for this examination must not have attained the age of 32 years as on 1st January, 2012 i.e he must not have been born earlier than 2nd January, 1980.
Note : A candidate must have passed the written and practical part of the final M.B.B.S. Examination.
Scheme of Test :
- Written Examination (500 marks)
- Personality Test (100 marks)
How to Apply :
Candidate has to apply online by visiting http://upscdaf.nic.in/daf_cms/ After completion of application form please take printout of the application.
The prinout of the completed application form must reach the Under Secretary (CMS), Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069 on or before the specified date.
The envelope containing the application should be superscribed as ‘Application for Combined Medical Services’ Examination, 2012. Application can also be delivered at Union Public Service Commission counter by hand. The Commission will not be responsible for the applications delivered to any other functionary of the Commission.
