FIRST PROVISIONAL PART PANEL FOR RECRUITMENT IN ERSTWHILE GROUP-D CATEGORIES AGAINST EMPLOYMENT NOTICE NO: SER/RRC/OM/01/2013 DATED 26.10.2013 FOR THE CANDIDATES WHOSE MEDICAL FIT CERTIFICATES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED UPTO 28-09-2015.

1. Reference above, on the basis of written examination held on 02.11.2014, 09.11.2014, 16.11.2014, 23.11.2014 and 30.11.2014, Physical Efficiency Test conducted at Adra, Chakradharpur & Kharagpur from 13.04.2015 to 15.04.2015, Document Verification conducted at BNR Auditorium, besides S.E.Railway Central Hospital, S.E.Railway, Garden Reach from 27.07.2015 to 04.09.2015 (excluding off days) and on 21.09.2015, followed by medical examination conducted at Divisional Railway Hospitals and Central Hospital, Garden Reach, Railway Recruitment Cell, South Eastern Railway hereby declares the provisional empanelment of 1911 Non-PWD candidates (GENL-967 + SC-332 + ST-154 + OBC-458) and 21 PWD candidates (OH-18 + VH-02 + HH-01) who have been declared medically fit in the prescribed classification against PWD quota and Non-PWD, for appointment in South Eastern Railway Services in Pay Band-1, Grade Pay-1800/-.
2. Non PWD and PWD candidates may see their result only on the websites mentioned above.
3. Allotment of post, Unit/Division and other pre-requisite formalities shall be commenced by Office of Chief Personnel Officer/South Eastern Railway, Garden Reach, Kolkata and shall be subject to completion of all formalities preceding appointment in Railway services, whereby offer of appointment shall be dispatched by respective Units/Divisions where the allotment of posts have been made.
4. Appointment shall be subject to availability of vacancies based on medical fitness of the candidates for the posts notified and subject to verification of original certificates from respective Board/Institution and Community certificate from concerned District Magistrate/Certificate issuing authority being found to be in order and bonafide of antecedents as per laid down procedure.
5. Final Merit position in panel shall be declared at a later stage as this is a provisional part panel.
6. This is a provisional part panel and roll numbers of some candidates have not been declared for pending medical fitness (A-2 to C-1 as per notified post) and whose documents/papers have been referred for further examination by Govt. nominated experts and shall be declared at a later stage if found fit/authentic. They will be informed about the outcome at a later date.
7. 20% extra candidates over and above the number of vacancies called in the DV have not been considered for empanelment at this stage as they were not sent for medical examination, being in the waiting list, as per extant rules. However, they may be considered for empanelment, if, and only if, the no of candidates to be empanelled, falls short of the requisite number.
8. While all due care has been taken in preparing the result, Railway Recruitment Cell reserves the right to make amendments to the provisionally declared panel at any subsequent stage and RRC/SER reserves the right to declare any candidate successful and/or delete his name from the notified result/panel at any stage of the selection procedure and subsequently, if any discrepancy or malpractice is noticed or brought to the notice of RRC at any stage and the decision of the RRC in the matters shall be final.  Candidature is also liable to be rejected in cases of fraud/proxy by the candidates at any stage of selection procedure and the decision of RRC/South Eastern Railway in the matter shall be final.
9. Candidature of candidates’ whose name is figuring in the Lifetime Debarred List (either external or internal) shall stand automatically rejected and his/her name shall be deemed to be struck-off from the panel list.
10. RRC will not entertain any individual queries in this regard.
11. Divisions allotted to each candidate shall be published on the website at a later stage. No queries/requests for change of Division/Unit of posting shall be entertained by RRC-SER at any stage.
12. The panel is provisional and is subject to outcome of the litigation before the Learned Tribunal, i.e. CAT/KOL in OA Nos. 1202 of 2015, O.A. No. 1230 of 2015 and O.A No. 350/01081 of 2015.
