Educational Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering for candidates working/worked in Indian Railways.
Experience Required : Min. 20 years experience in construction of Railway Lines in Indian Railways or PSUs of Indian Railways
Age Relaxation :
- by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates
- by 10 years for Persons with Disability (PwD) (for SC/ST-15 years & for OBC-13 years)
- by 5 years for persons who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of J&K during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989
