Paradip Port Trust, Orissa is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 96 posts of Junior Engineers (Civil/Mech/Electrical/Marine), Junior Goods clerk and Out Door Clerk through direct recruitment. PARADIP PORT TRUST INVITES APPLICATION FOR 96 POSTS OF JR. ENGINEER, JR. GOODS CLERK AND OUT DOOR CLERK. LAST DATE – 31/03/2015.

1. Junior Engineer (Civil): 22 Nos. (Gen-6; SC-5; ST-6; OBC-3 & PH-2)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Pay Scale: Rs.19100/- to Rs.51100/- per month.

2. Junior Engineer (Mech): 16 Nos. (Gen-4; SC-3; ST-5; OBC-3 & PH-1)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Auto Mobile Engineering.
Pay Scale: Rs.19100/- to Rs.51100/- per month.

3. Junior Engineer (Electrical): 22 Nos. (Gen-9; SC-3; ST-5; OBC-4 & PH-1)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Pay Scale: Rs.19100/- to Rs.51100/- per month.

4. Junior Goods Clerk: 2 Nos. (Gen-1 & SC-1)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with 3 years experience in Port work and having computer knowledge.
Pay Scale: Rs.17700/- to Rs.44600/- per month.

5. Out Door Clerk: 31 Nos. (Gen-7; SC-7; ST-5; OBC-9 & PH-3)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with Diploma in Computer Application.
Pay Scale: Rs. 16300/- to Rs.38200/- per month.

6. Junior Engineer (Marine): 3 Nos. (Gen-2 & SC-1)
Educational Qualification: Certificate for 1st Class Engine Driver’s Exam and 5 years experience in operation and maintenance of floating craft as 1st/2nd Class Engine Driver OR pass IME exam and 2years experience in operation and maintenance of floating craft as 1st Class Driver (Marine) .
Pay Scale: Rs. 23600/- to Rs.56300/- per month.

Age Limit (for all posts): 18 to 32 years and 18 to 35 as on 01.02.2015 only for Junior Engineer (Marine). The upper age relaxation for reserved category as per Govt. norms.

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through the written test and personal interview/viva voice. Date, Time & Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.

How To Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (see below given PDF file) along with attested/self attested copies of certificates in proof of age, qualification, caste and experience etc at the below given address.

Candidates must also enclose two self-addressed envelopes and acknowledgement card with the Application form. Applicant must attach two latest passport size photographs indicating his/her name on the back side.

Candidates willing to apply for more than one post may submit each application separately.

Candidates should be subscribed the top of the application containing envelope in bold letters with the post applied for and reservation category viz SC/ST/OBC/PH/UR as — APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _______& CATEGORY______

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.150/- in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of FA&CAO, PPT .

No Application Fee for SC/ST/PH candidates.
