NUCLEAR POWER CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD, MADRAS ATOMIC POWER STATION, REQUIRES 6 FIREMAN ‘A’. ADVT. NO. 3/HRM/2012
1. Fireman “A”: 6 Nos. (SC—1; OBC—1; UR—4)
Qualification: SSC or equivalent candidates may apply.
Candidates with Certificate Course from State Fire Training Centre and with valid Heavy Vehicle driving Licence will be preferred.
Age Limits: between 18yrs to 25yrs as on 01/07/2012. Upper age relaxation for OBC—3yrs, SC—5yrs.
Physical Standards: —
Height: 165 cms. (Minimum)
Weight: 50kgs (Minimum)
Chest (Unexpanded/ Expanded) : 81cms/ 86cms
Vision: 6/6 without glasses or correction.
Pay scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade pay: Rs.1900/-
Selection of candidates will be through Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Interview.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) : (i) Running of 100 metres with 64 kgs weight laden in one minute, (ii) Rope climbing of 3 mtrs.
