RECRUITMENT FOR THE POSTS:

Machinist: 61 posts.
Fitter General: 49 posts.
Turner: 40 posts.
Millwright: 09 posts.
Carpenter: 03 posts.
Fitter Elec.: 09 posts,
Blacksmith: 5 posts.
Fitter Pipe: 5 posts.
Grinder: 5 posts.
Welder: 1 post.
Fitter Inst.: 2 posts.
Mason Brick: 5 posts.
Fitter Boiler: 2 posts.
Chemical Process Worker: 7 posts.
Boiler Attendant: 05 posts.

Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass and NAC/ NTC issued by NCVT in relevant trades.

Age Limit: Between 18 to 32yrs as on 22/03/2015. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is as per Govt. norms.

Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-

Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and Trade test. Exact date and venue will be intimated in due course.

Application Fee: Rs.50/- as to be paid by unreserved and OBC candidates through crossed Demand Draft (Nationalized Bank) drawn in favour of “The Sr. General Manager, Metal & Steel Factory, Ishapore payable at Barrackpore”.

No Application Fee in case of Women/SC/ST, Ex-serviceman, persons with disabilities (PWD).

Note: Candidates, who have paid examination fees of Rs. 50 /- against the advertisement published in the employment News dated 10-16th August, 2013 for recruitment of Semi-Skilled in Metal & Steel Factory, Ishapore are exempted from paying examination fees.
