Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (JMRC), a Government of Rajasthan Undertaking, registered under the Companies Act, 1956, is implementing Metro Rail Transit System in Jaipur and intends to recruit people for operation & maintenance of its first line scheduled to be commissioned in June, 2013.

Educational Qualification for
Station Controller/ Train Operator:

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 50%
marks or equivalent Grade/ Level in graduation, and Mathematics or Physics as one
of the subjects passed in Senior Secondary (10+2) or Higher Secondary (10+1) or
equivalent examination of a recognized Board.

Educational Qualification for Junior Engineer (Civil):

Degree in Civil engineering from a recognized University (or equivalent
Engineering qualification) with minimum 50% marks or equivalent Grade/Level.

Educational Qualification for Junior Engineer (Electrical):

Degree in Electrical engineering from a recognized University (or equivalent
Engineering qualification) with minimum 50% marks or equivalent Grade/Level.

Educational Qualification for Junior Engineer (Mechanical):

Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University (or equivalent
Engineering qualification) with minimum 50% marks or equivalent Grade/Level.

Educational Qualification for Junior Engineer (Electronics):

Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication engineering from a
recognized University (or equivalent Engineering qualification) with minimum 50%
marks or equivalent Grade/Level.

Educational Qualification for Customer Relations Assistant:

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 50%
marks or equivalent Grade/ Level.

Educational Qualification for Maintainer (Fitter):

a) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in ‘Fitter’ Trade or equivalent certificate, issued by NCVT/ DG E&T/ Ministry of  Labour & Employment/ Government of India, pursuant to a course of minimum two years’ duration.
OR
b) State Trade Certificate in ‘Fitter’ Trade or equivalent certificate, issued by SCVT, pursuant to a course of minimum two years’ duration.

Educational Qualification for Maintainer (Electrician):

a) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in ‘Electrician’ Trade or equivalent certificate, issued by NCVT/ DG E&T/ Ministry of Labour & Employment/ Government of India, pursuant to a course of minimum two years’ duration.
OR
b) State Trade Certificate in ‘Electrician’ Trade or equivalent certificate, issued by SCVT, pursuant to a course of minimum two years’ duration.

Educational Qualification for Maintainer (Electronics):

a) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in ‘Electronic Mechanic’ Trade or equivalent certificate, issued by NCVT/ DG E&T/ Ministry of Labour & Employment/ Government of India, pursuant to a course of minimum two years’ duration.
OR
b) State Trade Certificate in ‘Electronic Mechanic’ Trade or equivalent certificate, issued by SCVT, pursuant to a course of minimum two years’ duration.

Educational Qualification for Maintainer (Refrigeration & AC):

a) National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in ‘Mechanic
(Refrigeration and Air-Conditioner)’ Trade or equivalent certificate, issued by NCVT/ DG E&T/ Ministry of Labour & Employment/ Government of India, pursuant to a course of minimum two years’ duration.
OR
b) State Trade Certificate in ‘Mechanic (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioner)’ Trade or equivalent certificate, issued by SCVT, pursuant to a course of minimum two years’ duration.

Age Limit for Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd Recruitment 2012, 400 posts: 

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 35 years as on 1st January, 2013.
Provided that the age of entry on the posts of Maintainers shall be minimum 18 years as on 1st January, 2013.

The Application Fee shall be paid as under, through a system generated SBI Payment Challan, at any branch of State Bank of India:

Persons with Disabilities (OL – R or L) Rs. 200/-
SC/ST candidates of Rajasthan Rs. 200/-
Non-Creamy Layer OBC/BC/SBC candidates of Rajasthan Rs. 300/-
other candidates Rs. 400/-

Bank Charges: The Challan shall include Bank Charges of Rs. 30 per Application which
shall be payable in addition to the Application Fee indicated above.
