Hindustan Insecticides Limited (HIL) is recruiting 25 persons for the posts of –“Management Trainee (MT)” and “Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)” in various discipline mentioned below. 1. Management Trainee (MT): 11 Nos.
Discipline wise Vacancies
— Finance: 4 Nos.
— Personnel & HR: 3 Nos.
— Commercial: 4 Nos.
Qualification Required:—
Finance discipline: ICAI or ICWA or MBA (Finance)
Personnel and HR discipline: MBA (with specialization in Personnel Management/HR) or MSW or Master Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management/ Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Commercial discipline: Engineering Graduate in Mechanical OR Science Graduate with PG diploma in Material Management or equivalent.
Stipend: Rs.20000/-
Age Limits: within 28yrs.
2. Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET): 14 Nos.
Discipline wise vacancies
— Chemical Engineering: 7 Nos.
— Mechanical Engineering: 3 Nos
— Electrical Engineering: 2 Nos.
— Instrumentation Engineering: 1 Nos.
— Civil Engineering: 1 Nos.
Qualification Required: Engineering degree in relevant discipline.
Stipend: Rs.20000/-
Age Limits: within 26yrs.
Qualification conditions: Except in the case of C.A/ICWA, the candidate for the post of MT/GET should be First Class (minimum 60%) marks in the relevant discipline and pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates, with full time regular course
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Interview. Reservation of the posts for SC/ST/PH/OBC is as per Govt. norms.
Application fee: Candidates should prepare a Demand Draft of Rs.500/– in favour of “Hindustan Insecticides Limited” payable at New Delhi.
SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from the application fee.
