Railway’s website www.rrcecr.gov.in, is as under:
1. Number of Vacancies: 4655,
2. Educational Qualification: 10th Pass or ITI or equivalent.,
3. Age Limit: For all the above vacancies, the age limit will be 18 to 33 years and will be reckoned as on 01.01.2014. Upper age limit for SCs, STs, OBCs, PH, Exservicemen, ourse completed Act Apprentice, Judicially separated/divorced woman/widow, Railway Employees, etc. will be relaxable as per admissible extant rules.
4. Examination Fee: the Examination fee for unreserved and OBC candidate is Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only). Candidate belonging to SCs, STs, PH Candidates, Exservicemen, Women Candidates, Candidates belonging to minority communities,
Candidates belonging to economically backward class having annual family income of less than Rs.50,000/- and Persons with Disabilities are exempted from examination fee.
5. Procedure for Selection: Written test followed by Physical Efficiency Test. PH candidates will, however, be excempted from Physical Efficiency Test.
