Name of the Post: LAW CLERKS (TRAINEE)
Number of Vacancies: 95 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Three Years Professional/Five Years Integrated Degree in Law with minimum 55% marks from any Law College or recognized University. Those who have appeared in LL.B. (Final) in 2014-15 Examination and are awaiting results may also apply.
Candidates should be fresher and have not started practice as an advocate or engaged in any other professional or vocation/service.
Candidates must have knowledge of Computer (covering Data Entry, Word Processing and Computer operations).
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and must not have attained the age of more than 26 years as on 01/07/2015.
Fixed Honorarium: Rs.12500/- with no any other allowances.
The engagement to the post will be purely on contractual basis for a fixed period of one year. Selection of the candidates will be on basis of Interview only which will be held only at Allahabad. Exact date and venue will be intimated in due course.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format which can be collect from the Counter in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and it’s Lucknow Bench on payment of Rs.150 OR can be downloaded from the official website of the Court — www.allahabadhighcourt.in (See URL/PDF file below)
Candidates downloading the prescribed format from the website should prepare a Bank Draft of Rs.150/- as Application Fee in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
The duly filled Application form must be enclosed with attested copies of Qualification’s certificate & Mark sheets, Age proof certificate, Computer knowledge certificate and any other relevant documents.
Candidates must also enclose two self addressed envelope (size 5”x10”) each bearing postage stamps worth Rs. 35/-, with the Application form.
Superscribe the application containing envelope on top with – ”APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF LAW CLERK (TRAINEE)”.
Last Date and Address: The duly filled Application form along with enclosures should reach on or before 07/08/2015 at the following address either by Speed Post, Registered Post with AD or through Courier — The Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
