Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), Kaiga Site, is recruiting 30 persons for the post of Stipendiary Trainee – Technician (Category-II) in discipline of “Operator” on contract basis, initially for 5 years. Eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application form available on the official site of NPCIL. Advertisement No. KAIGA/HRM-01/2012. Qualification norms and eligibility criteria is given below—
Operator: 30 Nos. (Gen—15; SC—4; ST—3; OBC—8)
Qualification: Higher Secondary or ISC (with Science subjects) with not less than 50% of Marks in Science and Mathematics individually. Candidates should have studied English as one of the subjects at SSC level examination.
Physical Standard: —
Height: 160 cms (minimum)
Weight: 45.5 kgs (minimum)
Age Limits: between 18yrs to 24yrs as on 01/11/2012. Upper age relaxation for OBC—3yrs, SC/ST—5yrs, PH—10yrs and others—as per norms.
Training will be of 24 months and during training stipend of Rs.6200 and Rs.7200 per month will be paid respectively in first and second year.
After successful completion of training period, candidates will be absorbed to the post of Technician – B in the payband of Rs.5200—Rs.20200 with Grade pay: Rs.2000/- per month.
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Personal Interview. Authority will send the Call letters to the eligible candidates mentioning the Date and Venue of the examination.
