In 1957, Government of India (GoI) realized to setup an apex organization for the management studies. Corporate sector was also aided to GoI for the creation of AIMA. AIMA was established with the view of the promotion of managerial skill across the nation.All India\u00a0Management Association\u00a0is also connected with many other apex institutions.<\/p>\n

All India\u00a0Management Association\u00a0(AIMA) is ready to recruit the personnel for the posts of Management Trainees (MTs), Accountant and Junior Technical Assistants. AIMA will fill total 149 posts against the\u00a0vacancies\u00a0of these posts.<\/p>\n

Degree with 1st class Master of Business Administration, Specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resource or Industrial Relation or Marketing Management or\u00a0Supply Chain Management from\u00a0recognized\u00a0University\u00a0\/ Institutions<\/p>\n

Management Trainee (Accounts)-\u00a0<\/strong>10 Posts<\/p>\n

Degree with 1st class Master of Business Administration in Finance OR A pass in final examinations of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India OR Pass in Associate Company Secretary from recognized institution<\/p>\n

Accountant-\u00a0<\/strong>10 Posts<\/strong><\/p>\n

B.Com or BA (Commerce) or Chartered Accountant or Costs and Works Accountant or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department with about three years experience in maintaining and auditing of Accounts in Industrial \/ Commercial\/ Departmental Undertakings<\/p>\n

Junior Technical\u00a0Assistant\u00a0(JTA)-<\/strong>\u00a099 Posts<\/p>\n

Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects<\/p>\n

Application Fee :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Examination fee is Rs 300\/- in the form of demand draft (DD). Fee relaxation is also applicable for the reserved categories.<\/p>\n

Age limit :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maximum age limit for Management Trainee and Jr. Technical\u00a0Assistant\u00a0is 28 years and for other posts it is 30 years.<\/p>\n

Management Trainee (General\/ Accounts)-<\/strong>\u00a0Rs 20600-46500\/- pm<\/p>\n

Accountant-<\/strong>\u00a0Rs 16400-40500\/- pm<\/p>\n

Junior Technical\u00a0Assistant\u00a0(JTA)-<\/strong>\u00a0Rs10500-26400\/- pm<\/p>\n

The above salary is the general pay band, other allowances will also be paid to the selected appointees as per rules of AIMA.<\/p>\n
