Kolkata Port Trust, Haldia Dock Complex, is recruiting some persons for the posts of\u201cElectrician\u201d, \u201cTechnician\u00a0(Cable Jointing)\u201d, \u201cExecutive (Admn)\u201d, \u201cFire Engine Driver\u201d, \u201cCivil Engineer\u201d, \u201cSupervisor \u00a0(Civil)\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0on contract basis. Eligible candidates may apply on prescribed\u00a0application\u00a0form. Qualification norms and criteria is given below in brief \u2014<\/p>\n

KOLKATA PORT TRUST, HALDIA DOCK COMPLEX INTIVES ELECTRICIAN,\u00a0TECHNICIAN(CABLE JOINTING), EXECUTIVE (ADMN.), FIRE ENGINE DRIVER, CIVIL ENGINEER & SUPERVISOR(CIVIL) ON CONTRACT BASIS<\/div>\n

1. Electrician\u00a0<\/strong>(Under Plant & Equipment Division of HDC)
\nQualification<\/strong>: Madhyamik pass or equivalent and must have National Trade Certificate in\u00a0the trade\u00a0of Electrician as well as must have Workman\u2019s Permit from the Directorate of Electricity.
\nExperience<\/strong>: 4yrs of experience in\u00a0the trade\u00a0of Electrician.
\nSalary<\/strong>: Rs.11,100\/- Per month.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0Technician<\/strong>\u00a0(Cable Jointing)<\/strong>\u00a0(Under Plant & Equipment Division of HDC)
\nQualification<\/strong>: Madhyamik pass or equivalent and must posses National Trade Certificate in trades of Electrician \/ Cable Jointing \/ Wireman as well as must have Workman\u2019s Permit for cable jointing upto 11 KV from the Directorate of Electricity
\nExperience<\/strong>: Minimum 4yrs of experience in similar job.
\nSalary<\/strong>: Rs.12000\/- Per month.<\/p>\n

3. Executive (Admn.)<\/strong>\u00a0(Under Administration Division of HDC)
\nQualification<\/strong>: Honours degree in Arts, Science of Commerce OR First class Degree in any discipline.
\nSalary<\/strong>: Rs.25000\/- per month.<\/p>\n

4. Fire Engine Driver<\/strong>\u00a0(Under Administration Division of HDC)
\nQualification<\/strong>: Madhyamik pass or equivalent and must posses a Certificate of training in Fire Fighting from a recognised Institution \/ Centre as well Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence for atleast 5 years.
\nExperience<\/strong>: at least 6yrs of experience in Fire fighting work.
\nSalary<\/strong>: Rs.11100\/- per month<\/p>\n

5. Civil Engineer<\/strong>\u00a0(Under I&CF Division of HDC)
\nQualification<\/strong>: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
\nSalary<\/strong>: Rs.25000\/- per month.<\/p>\n

6. Supervisor (Civil)\u00a0<\/strong>(Under I&CF Division of HDC)
\nQualification<\/strong>: Madhyamik pass or equivalent and must have Diploma in LCE.
\nExperience<\/strong>: atleast 5yrs of experience in Civil Engineering works.
\nSalary<\/strong>: Rs.16000\/- per month<\/p>\n

Age Limits\u00a0(For all above posts):<\/strong>\u00a0Not below than 25 years old as on 01\/09\/2012. Upper age relaxation is as per norms.<\/p>\n

No. of vacancies in each posts will be intimated in due course. The engagement on the post will be on contract basis for duration of one year which may be extended again. Please refer the Advt.<\/p>\n
