\nWEST BENGAL: THIRTY TWO [OBC-A \u2013 2, OBC-B \u2013 2, S.C.- 6, S.T. \u2013 7 and P.D.(Loco-motor disability or
\nCerebral Palsy) \u2014 1]<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS : Essential: i) Pass in School Final or its equivalent examination; ii) A diploma in
\nAutomobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised Institution; iii) Two years\u2019 experience in an
\nAutomobile Workshop of repute; iv) Driving license for heavy vehicles.
\nN.B. i) Qualifications and experience are relaxable for otherwise well qualified candidates at the discretion of
\nthe Commission.
\nii) Services transferable all over the state of West Bengal.<\/p>\n

3. MOTOR VEHICLES INSPECTOR (NON-TECHINACAL) UNDER THE TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT,
\nGOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL : FORTY SIX [OBC-A \u2013 5 , OBC-B \u2013 3, S.C. \u2013 10 , S.T. \u2013 3 and P.D. \u2013 2 (1
\neach reserved for Blindness or Low Vision and Hearing Impairment)]<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS: Essential: i) A degree of a recognised University. (ii) Candidates should fulfil the minimum
\nphysical standard as prescribed below :-
\nHeight – 170 Cms.,
\n160 Cms. (for Hillmen & Tribal candidates)
\nChest – 86 Cms. (after expiration)
\n81 Cms. (after expiration) [for Hillmen & Tribal candidates]

FEE : Candidates must enclose with their application a fee of Rs160\/- (Rupees one hundred and sixty) only for

\nADVERTISEMENT and crossed and endorsed to the Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal, or by a
\nreceipted Challan from a Govt. Treasury in West Bengal or the Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata under the head
\n\u201a0051-00-105-State PSC Examination fees-001-Examination fees-16 other fees\u201b. The Postal Orders should be made
\npayable at G.P.O., Kolkata. Money Order, Cheque, Bank Draft, Cash etc. will not be accepted. No application
\nwill be considered unless accompanied with the requisite application fees. Candidates belonging to S.C.\/S.T. of
\nWest Bengal and persons with disabilities specified under Persons With Disabilities Rules, 1999 are not required to
\npay any fee. The application of such candidates will not be accepted if the same is not accompanied with the
\nattested copy of S.C.\/S.T.\/Persons with Disabilities certificate. Such exemption of fees is, however, not applicable to
\nany B.C. candidate. No claim for refund of the fee will be entertained nor will it be held in reserve for any other
