NURSING (OPENNET-V) PROGRAMMES-2016\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n The University will be admitting students for the Programmes mentioned below starting from January 2016 through Entrance Test to be held on Sunday, the 20th September, 2015 all over the country.<\/p>\n MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME (MP)<\/strong><\/p>\n IGNOU invites applications for the following Degree\/ Diploma Programmes in\u00a0Management :<\/p>\n \u2022 Master of Business Administration (MBA)<\/p>\n \u2022 Diploma in Management (DIM)<\/p>\n \u2022 Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDIM)<\/p>\n \u2022 Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM)<\/p>\n \u2022 Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM)<\/p>\n \u2022 Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management (PGDOM)<\/p>\n \u2022 Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDFM)<\/p>\n \u2022 Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Markets Practice (PGDFMP)<\/p>\n All the above programmes have multi-media design, and technology aided\u00a0delivery systems. These are offered through countrywide network of study Centre.<\/p>\n Eligibility for Admission:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks for\u00a0General Category \/ 45% for\u00a0Reserved Category, with 3 years + managerial\/supervisory \/professional experience.<\/p>\n OR<\/p>\n Professional Degree with 50% marks in Engineering \/Medicine\/ Chartered\u00a0Accountancy (ICAO \/ Cost and Works Accountancy (ICWAI)\/ Company\u00a0Secretaryship (ICSI) \/ Law.<\/p>\n 2. Clearance of OPENMAT conducted by IGNOU.<\/p>\n Walk in Admission :<\/strong><\/p>\n Candidates who qualify Entrance Test can submit the registration form (Form-2),<\/p>\n available in the ‘Student Handbook & Prospectus’ along with the hall ticket of the<\/p>\n Entrance Test, to the respective Regional Centres along with the required fee on<\/p>\n any day after the receipt of result card, but not later then 30th November, 2015 for<\/p>\n admission cycles starting from January. 2016.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n BACHELOR OF EDUCATION (B.Ed) PROGRAMME<\/strong><\/p>\n The B.Ed. Programme offered by IGNOU is an innovative programme\u00a0self instructional materials and information technology along with\u00a0interactive personal contact programmes. The programme is essentially a\u00a0judicious mix of theoretical and practical courses to develop in a practicing\u00a0teacher appropriate knowledge, skills, understanding and attitudes. The\u00a0B. Ed Programme of IGNOU is recognized by the NCTE vide their Letter No.\u00a0F3\/DL-83\/99\/7807-7812 dated 31.05.1999 and is offered in NOTE approved\u00a0B.Ed Training Colleges of Education in the country.<\/p>\n Duration<\/strong>\u00a0: \u00a0 \u00a0 2 years<\/p>\n Medium of Instruction:\u00a0<\/strong> English & Hindi<\/p>\n Eligibility for Admission<\/strong> \u00a01. (a) Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the\u00a0Bachelors Degree\u00a0and\/or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences\/ Social Sciences\/\u00a0Humanity\/commerce. Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with\u00a0Specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other\u00a0qualification equivalent thereto.<\/p>\n AND<\/strong><\/p>\n (b) (i) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education<\/p>\n .OR<\/strong><\/p>\n (ii) Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education\u00a0programme through face-to-face mode.<\/p>\n 2. The reservation for SC\/ST\/OBC (Non-creamy layeryPWD and other\u00a0categories shall be as per the rule of the Central Government\/State\u00a0Government, whichever is applicable.<\/p>\n POST BASIC B. Sc. NURSING PROGRAMME (OPENNET-V)<\/strong><\/p>\n Post Basic B.Sc Nursing is a degree programme of three years, duration for in-service\u00a0diploma holder Nurses.The Programme is approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). Admission will be done through an Entrance Examination (OPENNET-V) to be conducted on Sunday, the 20th September, 2015. Medium of Instruction: English.<\/strong><\/p>\n Eligibility for Admission<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n In-service Nurses, that is Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives (RNRM) having 10+2 with three years, Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with minimum of two years experience in the profession, (For male nurses who have not done midwifery in the GNM programme should have a certificate in any of the nursing courses of 6-9 months, duration prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council in lieu of midwifery).<\/p>\n OR<\/strong><\/p>\n In-service Nurses (RNRM) having 10th class (Matriculation) or its equivalent with three year, Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with minimum of five years experience in the profession. (For male nurses who have not done midwifery in the GNM programme should have a certificate in any of the nursing courses of 6-9 month, duration prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council in lieu of midwifery). Reservation policy as per GOI.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Availability of Student Handbook & Prospectus:-<\/strong><\/p>\n B.Ed Programme-(Only electronic version of the Student Handbook & Prospectus is available).<\/strong> Student Handbook & Prospectus can only be obtained from the IGNOU website (www.ignou.ac.in). The candidates can download the same from the website and submit the filled in application form towards the Entrance Test along with a requisite fee of Rs.1,000\/- for B.Ed programme drawn in favour of IGNOU payable at JANGIPUR OR RAGHUNATHGANJ.<\/p>\n Management Programme & Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Programmes \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n “Student Handbook & Prospectus for the Programmes can be obtained from the Director, (SSC), IGNOU. Maidan Garhi, New Delhi- 110068 or from any Regional Centre of IGNOU by sending a sum of Rs.1,050\/- through a Demand Draft in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi\/city of Regional Centre concerned or by paying Rs.1,000\/- in cash at the respective sales counters.
